सरकारी कर्मियों को 60 साल या सेवा के 33 साल पर रिटायरमेंट संबंधी पत्र वायरल

नई दिल्ली/नवप्रदेश। केंद्र सरकार की ओर से शासकीय कर्मचारियों की सेवानिवृत्ति आयु को लेकर नया कदम उठाए जाने संबंधी एक पत्र सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुआ है।
सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुए एक पत्र के मुताबिक, कर्मचारियों के 60 साल या सेवा अवधि केे 30 साल पूरे होने पर रिटायरमेंट का प्रस्ताव है। वायरल पत्र के मुताबिक इस नियम को अमल में लाने संबंधी प्रस्ताव को कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग (dopt) की ओर से अंतिम रूप दे दिया गया है। वायरल पत्र के मुताबिक नए नियम पर 1-4-2020 से तत्काल प्रभाव से अमल के लिए फाइल को केंद्र (central government finalise new retirement rule) के वित्त मंत्रालय को भेजा गया है। हालांकि नवप्रदेश इस वायरल पत्र की पुष्टि नहीं करता।
This is a right process of employment for each & every person of the society in the country. Because now a days maximum people of the society are getting their jobs after 30 of their life. So it is requested that Govt. Should implement this proposal in favor of their country people.
If it’s a true for retirement then it’s a very good step
(but very late step). According to WHO Indian average age is 56 years, unable to understand that why retirement age is increased from 58 yrs to 60 years and 60 yrs is kept ? It must be changed to 52 years now and it’s the demand of today. Huge unemployment in our country, we have very good educated/ talented young generation who are waiting for opportunities and can get job timely.
135 crore population in India, everyone young is waiting for job, In my view, retirement age must be 50 years and requested to Govt to think for unemployment and consider retirement age is 50 years.
I know that this will be a challenge but this is the demand of today.
It is very important it must be implemented
Retirement should be done in 33 year and 60 years. It is the write time to retire, it should help new generation to find their work and it will profit all. Also the aged people work less and gain more and more salary , so it should be prohibited.
