Raipur/New Delhi/Navpradesh/Sourabh Dhote : In its efforts against dynasty politics, the BJP has taken a new step to do it. BJP is now inclining towards the recruitment of intellectuals (IIT-IIM) from across India in its youth cadre.
These youth are primarily from IITs and IIMs (IIT-IIM) where selection is through tough exams like JEE and CAT. These individuals have proven their intellectual capabilities by securing top positions among lakhs of candidates. These young professionals will bring upon a fresh perspective to the party members and the government on their working.
According to Media Reports, Upon recruitment, they can receive a stipend from Rs 50,000 to Rs 5 Lakh per month. BJP plans to create a new image for itself with its new foundation as these IIT-IIM graduates.
After their initial training, they will be led to fight in elections to secure positions such as MPs, MLAs, or ministers. Screening of the ideology of these youth will be an important process before their recruitment. It is also emphasized upon that youth from every state of the country are included.
These young professionals will have to propose plans and strategies for the government. If their plans are found sound enough, government will implement them. These youth, on the basis of their knowledge and experience, will have to perform data analysis and make algorithms that will be part of the party and government’s new action plan.
